At Seeyu Studios Inc., we are committed to putting people first. At this time, our services remain fully operational, but all business operations will take place by phone, email or teleconferencing only.
As province-wide restrictions are set in place by the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) under the Public Health Act and others made under the Emergency Program Act (EPA) to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we wish to inform you of the proactive steps our team is taking to ensure the health, safety and wellness of our valued clients, colleagues, and community at large.
Our company has implemented health & safety guidelines that will help reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses, including novel coronavirus.
Below, you’ll find our latest thinking on how Seeyu Studios will adapt its practices to ensure that we continue to deliver the best services to meet clients’ expectations, while also making thoughtful decisions that prioritizes the safety of our team members.
1. All Business Operations Taking Place Remotely
Seeyu Studios Inc. has always prioritized virtual technologies to enable remote work for our team members. All of our team members are working from home at this time.
While employee business travel (i.e in-person meetings) and on-site client services are temporarily unavailable, our company is using proper infrastructure, knowledge, and best practices to best serve our clients remotely, and to ensure the success of project operations in full adherence to the latest provincial restriction guidelines.
2. Head Office & Production Studio are Closed to the Public
Our in-house production studio is closed to the public. Any pre-scheduled photography or videography shoots, and/or meetings which normally take place at the head office or production studio will be in total compliance to Seeyu Studios' COVID-19 Safety Plan and remote work policy.
This includes:
- No visitors permitted except for authorized personnel
- Mandatory use of masks on-site
- Space occupancy limitations
- Standardized cleaning & sanitization protocols
The Small Business B.C. Covid-19 Support Service page offers helpful information and resources for small businesses in British Columbia. For the latest and most accurate information, see B.C.’s Response to Covid-19.
All of the above regulations are posted on-site and are strictly enforced to ensure the wellness of our team, clients, and community.
We will continue to monitor incoming COVID-19 updates from Health Canada, and amend and adjust these guidelines at regular intervals as the situation develops.
